We offer 5 classes!!

We run five English classes aimed at various levels of learner. If you, or anyone you know might be interested in studying English with our experienced native teachers, please contact us for more information.

Monday First Timers Class
(not currently taking on new students)
Time: Mondays 10:00-11:30
Place: Community Centre Kitano
Teacher: Vanessa

Monday Intermediate Class (1 spot available)
Time: Mondays 18:30-19:40
Place: Community Centre Kitano
Teacher: Vanessa


Tuesday Beginner Class (5 spots available)

Time: Tuesdays 10:00-11:30

Place: Community Centre Kitano

Teacher: Simon


Wednesday Starter Class (2 spots available)

Time: Wednesdays 10:00-11:30
Place: Community Centre Yasu
Teacher: Simon


Friday Starter Class (2 spots available)
Time: Fridays 18:30-19:40
Place: Community Centre Yasu (from 15th January)
Teacher: Mark


Cost: 4,000 yen per month (on the basis that there are 4 classes during the month)

Aimed at: Members of YIFA (prospective students must become members which will incur a one-off membership fee of 2,000 yen)

Capacity: 11 students per each class.


Those people who improve their English might like to make use of their language skills in the following ways:
◆ Interpreting for the visiting delegations of Clinton Township (our sister city in Michigan, America). (on odd years)
◆ Joining our delegation and meeting our friends in Clinton Township. (on even years)
◆ At YIFA events (throughout the year)
